Business Intelligence Developer

Evidensia is the leading veterinary provider in the Nordics, with approximately 200 clinics across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. What

As a business developer you are onboarded in a team of five, working with developing and maintaining our data- and BI platforms. You contribute with your technical expertise and business acumen to derive, package and ship insights to where they are most useful. You seek out and share best practices generously, and help us develop our processes and tools to improve the team’s ability to develop and maintain our solutions.

As an expert of operational, financial and customer data, you assist functions and leadership teams across 8 countries in developing and consuming their most important key performance indicators through Power BI and ad hoc analyses.

About You

You have at least a bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in an analytical role, with strong digitalization track record.

You are a skilled developer of Power BI sematic models and reports.

You write SQL with ease and have hands-on experience with Python.

You can present your insights clearly and professionally in PowerPoint.

You are used to taking responsibility for analyses and small projects, and you easily build relationships across the organization.

You are pedagogical and enjoy the challenge of conveying analyses so that the recipient can easily understand the message.

Workplace and team

You will be working as part of a multinational Nordic team. In Finland, the position is based at the support office in Helsinki. Primarily a remote work opportunity, if wanted, but we expect you to be able to work at the office when needed.

Start Date and Employment Terms

We offer a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, with a competitive salary and benefits. We hope to find our new colleague as soon as possible, and applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. The start date will be agreed upon with the selected candidate.
